This session will outline the successful delivery of a master data management and management information reporting solution to create a single customer view (SCV) for a large retail bank.
The solution to deliver this information included the management and monitoring of file feeds from many data sources, cleansing and standardising against multiple internal and external reference sources and matching and merging to create the single customer view.
The solution has delivered a single customer view across seven banking licences, 50 million customers and 130 million accounts.
